- Participated in the celebration of celebrating 25 years of the Peoples Bank of Bluewell
- Distributed red, white and blue ribbons to members in honor of service men stationed in the Persian Gulf.

- Provided the cake for Project Graduation for Bluefield High School.
- Participated in the Adopt a Highway program.
- Assisted the law enforcement agencies in fingerprinting kindergarten students at Brushfork and Bluewell Elementary School.
- Planted tulips in the triangle at US Route 52 and Lorton Lick Road.
- Donated small items to Brushfork Elementary School's second grade to be used as prizes to award students for appropriate behavior.
